The software, circles services, API, and circular device with which it is used are limited in supported systems and applications. Licensee is required to read the documentation provided with the Circle device or provided online under in order to determine whether the intended use is supported. 1.3. “Circle Apps” means applications that allow you to configure your Circle device, create user profiles, monitor network activities, interact with the Circle device, use the Circle Services and access and download and download Circle Content and interact with the API, and includes without limitation Circle Go and My Circle, as well as the future products of the Circle.

1. Service Area – The Circle Services are currently configured to operate in the local jurisdiction in which licensee has registered for the Circle Services. For example, users who have registered for the Circle Services in the United States are limited to using the Circles Services only in the United States, and Users who have registered for the Circle Services in the United Kingdom are limited to using the Circle Services in the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to block or terminate your Circle account and/or refuse access to circle services at any time and for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with the services of the Circle in the future. Circle may at any time review and remove User Content for any reason, including for activities that, in their discretion, violate these Terms; in violation of applicable law, rules or regulations; is abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal; or violate the rights of users of the Circle services, or endanger or threaten their safety. E. Circle disclaims all responsibility for User Content. We do not explain or warrant the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of User Content. You agree that any reliance on material posted by other users or third parties is at your own risk.
