You agree that your acquisition of the right to access and use Cloud Service does not depend on the provision of future features or functions or the provision of other services, nor on public or written comments from Oracle or Oracle for future functions or functions. Each order form defines the customer`s specific user rights with respect to the customer`s use of the services (“use rights”). It is a service contract and the customer does not receive a licence under this agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and your users do not exceed the user rights specified in the order form. You agree to use the services in accordance with the agreement, rules and all applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations relating to spam, data protection, intellectual property, consumer and child protection, pornography, obscenity or defamation.
